People seem to think condoms don't work, or only stop STIs and not stop you getting pregnant. I mean come on, when there are 16 year olds who ask if getting fingered means they are no longer a virgin you know you need to change something. .

Shouting abstain is all well and good, but it wont work. People will have sex no matter how much you tell them not to, so giving them real information about safe sex is obviously the best way to go. Either that are find a way to temporarily sterilise people from ten to twenty. That way all that they can get is an STI, and they wont be sponging off my bloody tax money anymore, because it's not just the US. It's getting just as bad in Ireland!
